Our Story

Still serving the neighborhood that built us.

Frank's got its start near 23rd & Jackson in Seattle's Central District. When that block was redeveloped, Vulcan Real Estate and property manager CBRE worked with Frank as a long-time neighborhood tenant to find a new home where he could keep serving the same community, landing at 1026 Madison St, on the First Hill / Central District line.

Frank brings 20+ years of experience to the chair, and the shop is family-owned, with cosmetologists and natural-hair specialists on staff serving every ethnicity, age, and hair type, from tight fades to balayage.
